A young woman named, Clair gets sent down to hell with her son, Aaron. After a mugging gone wrong. They have to survive though hell and find a way to Heaven. They soon run into a certain hotel for redeeming "Sinners" thanks to a good friend of their's and run into someone Clair WISH she didn't.
