Moving on doesn't mean forgetting, but its a memories that you still remember but you don't get hurt deep inside anymore. Every memory leaves a mark on our hearts and minds, so whatever you do to forget good or bad memories. You will still remember about what happened in the past and how you felt about those flashbacks.

I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.

Our story started with a simple "let's see how he'll react if I told him you're my girlfriend". Turns out he'll be my first love. I never expect that it'll be serious, that we'll really fall in love with each other. "I love him, he loves me." That's all we know. Little fights we had but nothing serious. I once said that this is the most ideal relationship for me. I hurt him one time, I left him but I came back to him. He welcomed me and said that in relationships, we really have to experience those things. "You're my Mona Lisa~~" he may not be the best singer but he always sing for me. I figure out I still love him but I'm too late. If I ask him to be with me, I won't just hurt the both of us but also the girl he's with now. What will happen to us? What is our destiny? Hi! People say faith leads to our destiny but I sure don't believe in destiny, our lives are the result of the choices we make in life and when it comes to love, that's when our choices matter the most, we choose when to fall in love when to let it back in our lives, who to share it with and how to define it but love doesn't seem to be that right without perfect timing. Like I said before, I do not believe in destiny but I do believe in second chances, I just have to be ready for it when it comes.

Growing up we tend to become mature with scars on our heart that changes an innocent loving child into an arrogant, suspicious and emotionless character. In order not to get hurt we tend to conceal our heart with an ironclad barrier. But what if we have to learn everything again. A girl with painful past, that turned her antisocial, suffers brain damage in an accident and loses all her memories.
