I was diagnosed with depression when i was 12. Severe anxiety when I was 14.
BPD when I was 16.
Sometimes I write things down to get the feelings out. Sometimes the bottle up inside and I can't find the latch to release them.
These are the kinds of things that go through my head every hour of every day.
