"You want me to believe you right now?!" He yells directly in my face. I look into his eyes seeing anger but mostly pain. I never wanted to hurt him. I don't know how I'm supposed to do this.
"You made me open up to you. You made me give a fuck about you. You made me trust you and this whole time you been lying to me just like everybody else. You just like every fucking body else!" He says with teary eyes. I feel the tears wanting to spill over but I keep them at bay.
"Who's fault is that?" I spit out. His head jerks back as if I just kicked the shit out of him and my heart breaks even more.
"I didn't ask for you to care about me. I didn't ask for you to trust me. You did that all on your own." I tell him finding the will to push out these god awful lies. I see the hurt, the betrayal and the rage in his eyes before it all disappears in a second. His walls I worked so hard to break down are back up and it's my fault.
"You right." He says backing away from me with a stoic expression.
"I'll never make that mistake again."
