Unwritten Bond
Her hand trembles when she is about to sign the marriage papers. The very mention of the word marriage reminds her of her past, her first marriage. She had not even peacefully come out of her previous toxic marriage and she is pushing herself into the same hell again. But then fighting with her thoughts, she takes a deep breath and signs the marriage papers and a tear comes out of her eyes as she is not ready to face again all that she faced in her previous marriage. ◇◇◇◇◇◇◇ " Never forget, the day you break even a single rule of this marriage, I will divorce you and after that you know the consequences." He says after signing their marriage papers And his heart feels heavy as he says these insensitive words to her because after getting her he cannot even think of divorcing her, Divorcing her, isn't even the last thing he would do but still he has no other option except putting this condition before her. What started as an innocent lie, trapped them into a marriage, entwining their fates with unexpected partners. But here's the catch, the marriage won't last forever, the holy bond wasn't so holy, a contractual bond emerged, benefitted them both and bound them together, at least for a while. Falling in love was thrown out of the window the moment she signed the contract, she wasn't going to fall in love with an egoistic, arrogant and self-centred-asshole of a lawyer anyways. ••• "No love drama, right?" (not edited) This is the book I never even admired. It was more like a journal for me-just ranting and never meant to be published. I only uploaded it so that my friend could read it, and I never imagined people would actually love it. So, it's nothing like Whispered Vows-that's the book I poured my heart and soul into, dedicating 5-6 months completely. So please, don't judge me by this book 😂!! It was written when I was a teen and remained just a draft for almost a year from 2022 to 2024. Humdard
A person who lives your pain along with you is called humdard. She was shattered from inside. Accepting her late husband's memories as her life companion. She was against making a stranger father of the soul shaping inside her, but she had to fulfil her husband's dream. To give their child a perfect life! The marriage was for her child, but was she going to find her companion on the way? Wasn't love supposed to happen only once? If even she grows feeling for her husband, would she be able to accept it? Or would she think she is betraying her ex-husband? A story of humdard... A story of pain. But above all, a story of love! Apfel (Book 1)
Every word was drawn out of me like a hot wire- some fast, some excruciatingly slow. This collection is very personal to me... Apfel (the German word for apple) marks the beginning of a stage in my life: depression. October to November 2017. This was not about...me; it was all about the other side: the change, the loss, the gathering tidal wave and - and the inevitable. "It's better than keeping it all bottled up"... they say. "You have an outlet" safe; not their responsibility. But they don't think you understand... I bottle it up in poems. Each one charged with aeons of hurt. Each one pushed under the carpet. I always hide away and run from my problems and when I face them create a greater mess than before. That's why I never read them over...until now.
