Because of her being a ghoul, and the fact that she possesses an extraordinary power no one ever seen before, made her feared by not only humans, but her own kind as well. And due to the fact that her style of killing was so unique, she became known for her style of killing as the "Wither Rose".

However, because of the incident with Aogiri Tree, her being captured by Yamori and tortured practically everyday, took a huge toll on her mentality. Forcing her to shut away her emotions from everyone else except for her family and friends. 

One night, Kaori and Kaneki mysteriously disappeared, and reappeared in a different dimension, where there were no ghouls. Instead, it consisted of heroes and villains. While learning about this new world, they were enrolled into UA High, where they met the current students of Class 1-A, and joined in on their journey of becoming heroes. 

What will happen when their friends find out who her and her brother really were?
