Heaven wasn't always full of strong, wrathful soldiers. The angels weren't always obediently doing whatever it was that God commanded. They were, however, always a dysfunctional family.

Okay, so this summer I participated in a Supernatural fic exchange, where you receive a prompt that somebody sent in to write about. My prompt was:  How did Balthazar and Castiel become such close brothers? I'm thinking there was a bit of a prank war between Balthazar and Gabriel and poor bby!Cas got caught in the middle. Looking for a story between young, brotherly angels.
And this is just the goofy little ficlet I wrote for it. It's not too great, but give it a read if you want!

I started this story on instagram, the parts are too short for 1 chapter so 3 parts are 1 chapter. Like how in one human year, dogs age like seven years but like in a billion human years, angels age one or something.
