Okay so I generally don't know where this is gonna go but enjoy!
So I guess Todoroki is a vampire. He doesn't like feeding from humans directly though because he doesn't like the thought of them being in pain. His father is the one who supplies the blood bags, until one day he stops because Todoroki isn't using his fire quirk and he is getting angry. Todoroki starts suffering in pain until a certain greenette comes to find out what's wrong.
