Emily Whitlock has always been a quiet child. From the age of six, she began to see strange creatures around her family and around her self.  Tormented by these strange beings, Emily begins to fall into a void of depression and angst as she struggles to find a cure for her so called "visions". While looking for a cure, she stumbles upon Jack Mercer, a handsome young man with violet colored eyes and a knack for pulling her out of trouble. When Emily faces death itself, Jack declares her to be his bride. As Emily starts her journey to find her past and uncover what her future holds, she will be faced with the decision to stick by Jack's side for the rest of eternity.
