In the late hours of a Thursday night, James Moriarty sat in the back of the car, on his way to the town house in London. The day had started off with annoying businessmen and their flirty wives and ended in flirty businessmen and their annoying wives, maybe a few less than in the morning, but that's only a minor detail in the days events, for the consulting criminal was about to have his world changed in a single, split-second decision and a rare act of kindness.
