A pokemon fanfic with not particuar storyline with a trans main protag (FTM) mom is transphobic disowns him. He loves pokemon and dislikes when one is hurt but gets used to it knowing that it'll have to happen sometimes. He slowly collects pokemon and takes good care of his pokemon. He goes on a pokemon journey as any other ten year old and makes friends with Ash, Clemot, Bonnie, and Serena. They travel together and aall that good stuff The protag and Ash become real good friends and rivals.

So I'm actually making it happen. It's gonna be a reader insert for all my trans friends. (Y/n) is your name that you have everyone call you and D/n is your dead name. If your still closeted trans then maybe you could experiment with names (which I might make possible in the story those in small side chapters). Pokemon-Joe's Kanto Trek
My first fanfiction. Also my first Pokemon related story. And to get this out of the way, I do not own Pokemon. It belongs to their respective owners. This is just for entertainment from a huge Pokemon fan. This story features Joe, my author avatar and my Pokemon OC. He was made as a result of my strong love for Pokemon and how I have a wild imagination especially ones involving Pokemon adventures. Joe is basically playing the Ash role except he's portrayed as more smarter, competent and sensible as well as taking his Pokemon battling more seriously than Ash and not getting too worked up over getting ahead of others. He also has a penchant for Ghost types especially Gastly, Haunter and Gengar which makes him stand out from the rest. He also travels with Misty and later on her 3 sisters Daisy, Violet and Lily much to his chagrin mainly due to his (initial) disdain for girls. But keep in mind, he's 10 during the story as it's set in 2004 and he eventually warms up to girls by his Kalos trek (which I will write eventually.) After your 7th birthday you had to live with Ash and your Aunt Delia for a few years because your mother was on a business trip in Sinnoh but when Ash left your mother came back with a pokemon for you as a present. When Ash was in Kalos you were in Unova where you played your guitar and sang since you've had a knack for that. Everyday you always went into the middle of town where there was a crowd of people was and brought your guitar to play and sing just for fun. One day Ash decides to call home to learn you, his sister or rather his younger cousin already started her journey in Unova where he decides to visit you and introduce you to his Kalos friends. Along with you running into some of Ash's old Unova friends and rivals. After learning of the three gym leaders one hot headed, red head catches your eye, as to you catching his.
