A story about a sixteen-year-old girl, Brynleigh Bianca-Calla Karpilovsky, is in a car accident with none other than Alan Cook, her ex-friend. The result is almost fatal, but both Brynleigh and Alan live, leaving questions to be answered, as to why she was in the car with him and what caused the accident.

Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth (Kenny), is trying to tell her the truth about the past two years, since she suffered from memory loss. She doesn't remember being with him, or how their feelings were on and off over the course of two years.

At the same time, when Alan wakes up, he tries to convince her that he is her boyfriend, and that they broke up because she needed space, and that they got back together. He tells her that that is the reason they were in the car that night.

But flashbacks and pictures prove otherwise, and Bryn doesn't know who to believe anymore. Certain moments bring her back to that moment, and she can't seem to piece together what happened.

What happens when, once again, she gains feelings for and falls in love with Kenny? Will she choose him, or will she choose to believe Alan, the one who lies just to be with her?
