For 5 years, Project Chrysanthemum has been running secret operations from the public. In the deepest basement of their facilities, lays a secret testing chamber where they created the ultimate humans. They found a secret formula to somehow change the structure of human DNA, and alter it in a way that gave them special abilities. They would take babies at birth, change their genotypical structure, and implement powers among your wildest dreams. They called them the "Bloomed". Chrysanthemum would store these people in said facilities around the world, to be used as a fully forced militia. But then came the blackout. Somehow, a Bloomed overpowered the main generators, and caused a complete electrical blackout. All doors were unlocked and all hell broke loose. In the end, they were able to contain it mostly. Mostly. There were a few empty cells come morning, and the next thing you know, there were missing Bloomed.All Rights Reserved
