After a living in a life where only people with strong quirks could rise to the top while the rest stayed doing their regular routine. Izuku Midoriya was a kid that was born without a quirk as far as they can tell. 

During a crisis at the age of 15 he was at he airport seeing his father take off from the Airport. Then suddenly the airport began to crumble leaving people running for their life.

Midoriya noticed a few kids that were separate from their parents and continued crying. That day Izuku made a decision that not many would do in an instant.
