The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe. Although peace has been achived for some time now. Theres no doubt others would perfer to be at war. And when unbalance comes knocking. The avatar must awnser. But just like peace of nations can be broken into bitter rivalry. So can familys. And when both is disturbed. Can the avatar balance both. Or will one or the other, maybe both... slip? New chapter whenever really. Usually a week. Sometimes two a week, sometimes one every other week. Chapters usually very in size. From 2000-4500 words usually. Some special chapters can be about 8000 or more. I never stop updating the chapters. So dont worry if a chapter takes too long. I wont quit this project. And if I do I will let you know swiftly.
