The Lamplighter

95% of the worlds population has superpowers called quirks. The other 5% are quirkless. The ones with quirks get the best jobs, the quirkless get the jobs no one would want.

One day, when Izuku is a young boy (around 9), the power goes out across the globe. Most of the technology used before is now useless. He studies hard in school during the day, despite the abuse he gets from other students. He is One of the worlds 5%. He is quirkless.

By day, he's a hard worker. By night, he's a lamplighter... tasked with providing light to the darkness. Little does he know what adventures are in store for him!
