Imagine a world without your cell phone, having to spend every day working and fighting to survive. While the rich love without a care in the world.

Eighteen year old Rose Darklend is part of a council the world lives under the rule of. She doesn't know of the troubled world beyond her sparkling gowns and luxury life getting ready for her arranged marriage with her only friend Mar. But that all changes, when a letter from the past, reveals what she has to do, to stop her own people.

Along the road to free the commoners Rose runs into a handsome, angelic and free willed Kai. As she learns more about him, she slowly falls for him, and into the trouble that Kai carries. If she choses Kai, then she lives a life of danger and freedom, but if she choses to go back to the council, Rose will be safe and trapped. Family and blood in this world are two different things, Rose will have to chose which one matters more.

Ryu Seo-woo is an award-winning best vocalist who tragically died in a plane crash and transmigrated to a BL novel, "Serenade Me, My Angel" which he read out of boredom. In the original story, Seo-woo's character dies in a fire, leaving his genius triplets to be adopted by the main couple. However, the transmigrated Seo-woo has no intention of dying or letting the original plot play out. Can he win over his sons and forge a new path?
