Remus always knew that Deceit was sensitive. He would flinch whenever Remus touched him, and he could sometimes hear quiet sobs coming from Deceit's room. He always did think it was weird how skinny Dee was. But one day, when he breaks into tears and begs Remus not to leave him, he's had enough of seeing him like this. So, he decides to 'talk' with the others.

Janus 'Deceit' Sanders and Remus 'Duke' Sanders have been bestfriends since the split, though Janus acted as the responsible, adult one despite being the same age. Remus had always been vocal about his feelings until Virgil left, calling him too emotional. Janus had always been the one to lock his feelings and emotions away never really showing them. He did this ever since he was a child, wanting to show little weakness and to be strong for the others. These both came with major consequences, Remus often found it difficult to voice his feelings out without getting mad at himself or someone else for how he was feeling. Janus had to find other ways to cope with his feelings, mostly unhealthy. But what happens when these two dorks fall for each other? I'll tell you, mutual pinning and miscommunication, with tons of angst with some hurt/comfort fluff. Deceit has had enough, and he can't do it anymore. He can't deal with the pain of burdening the others. His boyfriend, Remus, doesn't need him. Deceit had a hole in his chest: a void, that he didn't think would ever fill. Thing is, with the right attention, that hollowness could've been filled.
