Mackenzie Carter and Marissa Bennett are best friends who are throwing an insanely awesome Sweet 16 party. Mackenzie has everything planned out but when she finds out her enemy, Lindsey Leazer, is also throwing a party, she knows that she has to top it and she sets out to not accomplish this goal, but to exceed it as well.
