But when the MI6 start their attempts to stop her, a mad scramble over the children's lives begins.

Otherworldly Powered Individual (OWPI): a person with extraterrestrial abilities given to them through an unnaturally evolved genome created by the exposure to an unlisted form of cosmic radiation.
