A college student, Lee Y/n. Gets kicked out by the landlady because he couldn't pay the rent, and due to saving a kid from getting ran over by a truck he finds himself inside of mansion, he meets a beautiful lady in black and explains that they are going to be living together because the old woman he encountered with chose him to be one of the caretakers of the house along with the lady in black who might just be the Grim Reaper.
