After the defeat of Omega Shenron, the dragon balls were reverted back to normal along with Shenron himself. After Shenron revived Goku, they both had left the Earth after letting Goku say his goodbye to his friends and family forever, however this wasn't the end of Goku's journey. It would seem that a being even beyond the gods themselves have summoned Goku to a certain world, which will also be his new home that he must protect from new enimes, but luckily he will be aided by new friends, starting with the first person he meets at his arrival.
