Velvet has been angry at the one person who left her life for a year after robbing her. When she's finally learning to get over the shame, David Fisher comes back for last year in high school with an explanation. Old memories, good and bad resurfaces together with her raging temper. Parker Anderson newly resumes too and they get close. It gets down to a big fight and Velvet has to choose. Not just to end the fight, but also for her own sanity.
