Haruhi finds out she gets accepted to Ouran Academy even though she is a commoner but once she was there she entered a room she found titled Music Room 3 and standing there she met The Host Club, as she also met Kyoya later on in the story Kyoya finds out haruhi's secret but he keeps it a secret from the club as well to help Haruhi up until they start dating but later on things change to where Haruhi decides to leave the club but Kyoya goes with her from one change of events that happens to Haruhi, this could change everything from The Host Club but Haruhi and Kyoya stay right by each other side through it all.
