At first, the symptoms were mild-elevated adrenaline, enhanced strength. But within weeks, the infected became erratic, aggressive, inhuman. As months passed, the virus evolved. The infected transformed into grotesque monsters, some retaining fragments of their former intelligence, while others became mindless, ravenous creatures that preyed on the uninfected.
