Miraculous Ladybug is about a girl named Marinette, who is actually the identity of a superhero named Ladybug. Her partner is Cat Noir, who is really her classmate, and crush, Adrien. Of course, only the viewers know this, so the show itself has some major dramatic irony going on.

In this story, Hawkmoth, the evil villain has had enough of using people who don't have the capabilities to defeat the two heroes. He has finally left his shelter, and with the help of Mayura, Volpina, and Queen Bee, are determined to take down Ladybug and Cat Noir. These heroes have work, but can they do it?
