Lance is stranded on the Earth-like planet since Blue fell into a deep abyss. The paladins realize this is a battle that won't be won and decide to leave. But as they realize the blue lion is temporarily lost, they decide to leave Keith and Red to stay with Lance and look for Blue. Maybe the rivals can learn to be friends... **First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now. When the mission is near Earth, Lance gets extremely homesick. Maybe, they end up taking a visit... Start: February 23, 2017 End: March 15, 2017

When the two meet and Allura sees that Keith can help them destroy Zarkon she ask Keith to join them in fighting and be a paladin for the red lion he agrees. Yet Lance and Keith don't get along well at first but then Pidge seems to notice a blooming romance between the two. Things start to change.
