Defying Fate

In the quiet town in a valley during the dead of winter with a blizzard blocking the exits on either side, bandits seemed to suddenly strike terror in the valley, cursing the town to probable destruction or perhaps not. A team of Rangers. consisting of a very strange bunch from the Monarchy of Appalachia, a kingdom of Elves, had been caught within the valley and where now the only hope of the town's survival. Yet a secret had yet to be discovered. The boy named Jericho, a young man with no identity of his past, remembering nothing, had shown something, had shown magic, that had never been seen to such a grand scale before. A search for his past begins, to figure who he was, but his adoptive father trying to hold him back. . . From something dangerous or perhaps far worse.
