Paranormal World, the King Wendigo. For having his soul linked to such a dangerous creature, he would be killed where he was found, but the chief investigator instead of decreeing his death, he spared Carlos' life. Then he reached out to him to be one of them and and became Carlos's mentor to control the King Wendigo so that he would not cause evil, but use it to save people. After 6 years as a Paranormal investigator, his mentor lost contact with him and everyone else after making a trip to Kouh, Japan to investigate a possible Paranormal appearance.
