The Lycan Metamorphosis

i found myself asking,
why, oh why is this happening?
is it something I've done?
is it the setting of the sun?

ten seconds have passed
just like that, the towers collapsed.
from my eyes, tears came
finding someone to blame

i sat there shocked
then everything went black
a man's arm came to rescue
when i was alone and felt blue

i thought he'll never leave
i thought there was a "we"
but all along I was wrong
He left and ended our song

the pain was just too much for me
will I be free from this tragedy?
when will I see my sun rise?
when will i get rid of the lies?

the lies about my family
the lies they have in me
is this secret a bliss?
to undergo metamorphosis?
