Percy has never had the luxury of an easy life. Fresh from her second stint at rehab, 17-year-old Persephone Anders is determined to make life back in Autumn Falls work. Unfortunately for her, a steady job, dance practice, and schoolwork aren't exactly the fast lane she is used to. With threats to slip back into her life of partying, drugs, and no real purpose, Percy ends up meeting someone she never thought she would see again; except this time, he is there to stay, and to make her life as thrilling and difficult as possible. Kai has never had the luxury of a happy life. Still reeling from the loss of his father and the sudden relocation to his semi-absentee mother's home of Autumn Falls, Malachi Bruinsa has no real reason to care about his future. He spends his days making busywork and stupid fun drown the sorrow that threatens to overtake him. Until he meets Percy, a girl he never imagined seeing again. Summer nights filled with harmless fun bloomed something in Kai that he hasn't felt in years, but also endangered his ultimate escape to a world without his lousy, broken family. Through late-night adventures and early-morning whirlwinds, Kai and Percy meet entirely new versions of themselves and raise hell while doing it. But everything threatens to crumble under the harsh realities of life: young love doesn't cover up scars and it certainly doesn't keep new ones from being made. Especially when mistakes resurface, challenges arise, and death blooms in the air.

Destined To Collide

What starts as a minor traffic altercation evolves into an unexpected romance that will rock their worlds. Meet Carolynn; a beautiful 24 year old woman engaged to one of the finest young attorneys in New York City. Her fiance, Spencer, works at the firm run by her once-estranged father, Carl, while her mother, Teresa, is a breast cancer survivor and works in a facility in Manhattan that treats special needs patients. Because of all this she's a very optimistic and positive person and at her young age she's already an accomplished art curator after interning at the Met and now she's been given the opportunity to open her own art gallery. However it's in a small town in New Jersey but her art gallery is apart of a gentrification project that's going to spice up the market and she has an apartment right above the gallery. Then there's Donny; 29 years old, law school dropout, incarcerated father, Russ, special needs brother, Chester, fiance, Brook, cheated on him, mother, Lisa, died in a car accident which he blames himself for. He comes from a small town in New Jersey (the same as Carolynn's art gallery) and works as one of the manager fts of a fast food restaurant run by the father of his life-long best friend, Kenny, who also works there. He also plays bass guitar and fills in from time to time in NYC for a band managed by his other best friend from college and law school, Chad, who's also an attorney and works for the same law firm as Spencer. He uses most of his money he to help pay for Chester's care for which insurance barely helps with. He's the polar opposite of Carolynn; pessimistic, jaded, bitter about pretty much everything and has a terrible habit of getting in his own way. He gets offers for better, well paying or going out with a new girl because, among other reasons, he thinks he doesn't deserve it. Here's the story of how two unlikely strangers meet and eventually fall in love. (Neither of them know that they're not complete strangers)
