Allie is like every other normal teenager. She goes to school and lives her life. The past few years have been pretty tough on her, since she's had to move almost every year to a new state just so her dad can follow his dream job.
After turning 16, Allie gets the good news that they're finally coming back home, to Sydney. She hasn't been there since she was still in primary school. She didn't know what to expect when she walks through the school grounds. Will anyone remember her, or will she be alone? The only person she did know that would stick by her side as she settles back in, was her best friend, Eloise.
While settling in, she meets new people, friends and possibly the guy she's been waiting for. Unexpected accidents occur in her life and is forced with her man, to take care of another person, but that made their lives better and soon enough, becomes perfect.
But all of this is taken away from her. When one tragic accident happens. Will her life come back to normal anytime soon?
