Falling for a soccer player

Enzo slammed the door shut, keeping his palm firmly against it, resting it beside my head. I looked at him with wide eyes, feeling my heart race as footsteps were racing up the stairs, getting closer and closer. He simply smirked. "Enzo! You come out here right now, you're making us look shame!" His mom yelled, frantically knocking against the door. "Enzo, your mom-" "My mother is not in control of my love life.
