District 14 is responsible for everything, as in what the other districts do they do also. 
Their favorited by the Capitol because during the dark days, when the other thirteen districts rose to end the Capitol of its reign.
District fourteen sent their troops to help the Capitol. 
Brother fought Brother, Blood was shed in the end, the Capitol remained victourious. 
Thus brought up the hunger games. 
Seventy-four years later is still goes on. 
Aaron Lucan son of President Derek Lucan who runs district fourteen is reaped into the hunger games.
Aaron is a charming young 17 year old boy, with broad shoulders and chest, black hair and striking red eyes, some call him the "devil" he has a sharp jawline. 
Aaron easily gets sponsors so he's good to go. 
Of course he's gonna be part of career pack, when he meets his other fellow team members he falls for the girl from district 2,...Clove Kentwell.  Will Aaron be able to win and live with his love or be demolished. 
When, Aaron's sister is drawn and nobody volunteers, Aaron must choose who to save in the end, Family? Or Love?
