Shadow Dream is like any other normal pegasus in Equestria. And that's what she wants to change. After years of working at Cloudsdale's Storm Factory, she wants a chance to spread her wings away from her dark past and create a new future among the ranks of the Shadowbolts.
But in order to fulfill her dreams in shadows, Shadow Dream will have to choose between what she wants...and what she needs. And the only ponies who can guide her toward her true fate are her friends.
