Astrid Woods was just a regular 23 year old living in New York City...or so she thought she was completely ordinary.
She had strange markings on her left wrist. She didn't know what they meant, they had just always been and they never really mattered.
Now, suddenly things are getting weird.
Her new neighbor in the apartment building shes lives in is tall, dark, handsome, and most definitely not human. Astrid's whole life becomes flipped upside when she finds in standing on her terrace, leaving her no choice but to work with him.

In this alternate universe, Loki has been exiled to Midgard when Odin sees through his disguise (Think the end of Thor, The Dark World). He is haunted by his part in the death of his adoptive mother.
