The year is 2448. The New Washington Republic has been at war in Manona and Liberteria for 8 years now. Meanwhile another, much smaller, conflict is brewing in the Galaxy of Cara 3F6. The Republic of Volgoska has come across troubles colonizing one of the planets they were assigned to by the Parliament of the Democratic Union. The NWR, as the largest and strongest nation of the DU, has decided to aid Volgoska.

During the Campaign, Second Lieutenant Kutikova and First Lieutenant Joseph meet during a manhunt. Throughout the years, they together, along several servicemen, agents and politicans, will qeustion the morality of war and will attempt to bring down the corrupt Military Industrial Complex.
