Peter is an orphan. Tony Stark and his boyfriend Steve Rodgers are looking to adopt a kid but what will happen if the kid they are going to adopt is none other than Spiderman aka Peter Parker?

Peter had gotten good at keeping secrets, but was he going to be able to fool the Avengers themselves? Would he be able to hunt down his aunt's possible murderer? After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Peter Parker still can't believe he's lucky enough to be able to spend most of his time with his idol Tony Stark and the rest of the Avengers at Avengers tower. Every day he goes there, and most nights he goes around New York patrolling as spiderman. One night however he meets an annoying merc (Deadpool) that won't leave him alone. He starts showing up at the Avengers tower, and on Peter's missions. Peter also swears he has seen Deadpool across the street from his aunt's apartment building a few times as well. Before long Peter actually starts to crave Deadpool's attention, but when Deadpool goes missing for a while Peter calls on the help of the Avengers in hope to get the merc that he's come to love back safe with him again.Complete
