Dabi (Toya/Touya Todoroki) left the Todoroki household at age 15, taking his four-year-old brother, Shoto Todoroki, with him. Life for Toya descended into madness, and the only thing that was still important to him was his brother. The League of Villains pursued him and eventually convinced him to join, accepting his condition- which was that Shoto got to stay with them.
