Stan feels like his relationship isn't working and like he can't talk to his friends about it anymore. He doesn't know how to feel about his current love life, and a lot is changing for him. Kyle feels like he's loosing everyone and everything. And him developing feelings for a close best friend of his, isn't helping him. Kenny feels like nobody trusts him or wants to open up to him.
