Sunako Himura, a nurse who has a mysterious scar on her head and is missing a decent chunk of memory from years ago helps him, despite his villainous nature. While in the hospital pros and police are alerted forcing him to flee. Shigaraki threatens Sunako with death if she doesn't continue to help him, so out of fear she complies and in the process reveals her quirk, which could prove to be quite useful to the league.

The villain lifestyle makes Sunako sick. She didn't understand how someone could take another's life so easily or destroy everything and find peace in it. All the chaos, death, and destruction disgusted her, but why did it feel so eerily familiar? She'd never get use to it. Or would she?
