Eva Airlines Cancellation Policy

1. The cancellation can be only excluded on the award tickets purchased whereas else can be canceled accordingly.

2. To accomplish the cancellation for the award tickets, the passenger requires visiting the ticketing officer.

3. The passenger can only proceed with the refund request only at the time of over-sale or else the flight cancellation.

4. If a passenger requires a refund then the respective cancellation must be made within a day.

5. The bookings which were made via credit card then in such case the refund will be done within 7 business days. Besides this, if the booking takes place via cash or checks then the refund will be made within 20 business days.

6. In case the passengers plan something on an urgent basis and cancel the ticket after 24 hours then the airlines would strictly charge an additional amount including the interest.

Be aware before making the cancellation with Eva Airlines. You are supposed to make these decisions in less time to avoid being charged from higher-rated.
