Three Verses is a collection of poetry by 16- going on 17- girl who just loves writing about what she sees in the world around her, or what she feels in every day life, and what she thinks. Each poem has three verses each- which you probably figured out from the title- and some of them have a deeper meaning if you look closely. What she really likes to do is give a sense or an image to her poems, so much so that the reader can feel it, see it, as well.

A young writer's newly released first collection of poems. Written during the tumultuous and at times troubling years of high school and the more forgiving and enlightening years of college, Maddy Kobar captures what it was like to have come of age in the last few years. These poems touch on personal levels with hope and hopelessness amid the most confusing years of one's life as well as some of the larger issues facing our society- such as women's rights, LGBTQ equality and the fragile state of the environment. The poems are broken up into four categories; Love and Disappointment, At Desperation's Door, Voices That Speak for Themselves, and Life's Lies Unveiled (or Truths that must be told). This collection was originally released on Amazon in Summer 2013. I honestly want more reads and reviews on ALL my writing so I'm going to re-release this collection as a 2nd edition now for Wattpad. This edition may have differences from the 1st edition. I'm not partial to poetry any more. The quality varies between the poems. I wrote them all between the ages of 14 and 20.Concluida
Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. Anyways enjoy, I try not to be too pretentious but I don't really care because again this is a vent piece of work.Concluida

Dark Attraction
A collection of deliciously, dark poems. #3 in Poetry - 9/6/18 I hope you enjoy and any time taken to read, is greatly appreciated and if you wanted to hit the little vote button or comment, you will have my eternal gratitude. H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems.
