With Itachi's illness becoming increasingly worse, Kana, Naruto and Kaneki set out on a journey to find the one medic-nin who may be able to save Itachi's life. With only an estimated three years to find a cure, the three must improve their skills as quickly as possible, all while helping the Akatsuki create a better world. Operating as Amegakure's newest and most powerful ANBU unit, the Akai Me, or "Red Eyes" the three set out to save Itachi before Sasuke manages to kill him first.
It's a race against the clock and it's anybody's game.
