Marinette and Adrien are now on their journey through adulthood and one of them is still struggling to stand up for them-self majorly. Adrien leaves for college and struggles a lot with his father. Gabriel now has barely any respect or regard for his son or his feelings and treats him more like an object.
Marinette's feelings for Adrien only grow after he leaves and she misses him terribly. Her and Chat's relationship has grown too over the years, causing Adrien to fall in love with Marinette, after having no success with his feelings for ladybug.
After an invitation for a high school reunion goes out...Everything changes.
Will a certain black cat be able to help Marinette or will she be the one helping him?

P.S. This book uses a few pieces of strong language/mental abuse references and fluff;) (barely tho, I dont even know if it could be classified as fluff tbh😂). Just giving ya a heads up.

Adrien had gotten into one of the biggest arguments he had ever had with his father, leading him to run from his home as his alter ego, Chat Noir. They had grown apart since his mother's disappearance. Adrien always tried to speak with his father and try but he was always busy or away. He finally snapped at his father. But where would he go for the night? He had to find someone he could trust. Marinette wasn't expecting Chat Noir to show up on her balcony with red eyes filled with tears. Her first thought after seeing him was the akumatized version of him, Chat Blanc. She immediately brings him inside, making it her job to help him. She was not going to let her partner become her worst nightmare. He needed some place to feel safe? She would become that. It became an everyday thing. Chat Noir would visit Marinette every day, they would talk about their days as Chat tried to keep his as dense as possible to not reveal his identity. They would play video games and eat food from the bakery. But what happens when something happens to Marinette that makes her break? Marinette has no where to go so Chat decides to be that place.
