Ésas y otras similares son las afirmaciones que he escuchado más de una vez y de diferentes personas, cercanas y no cercanas, cuando se han enterado de que iba a estudiar en una Universidad pública.

 Ésta es la historia de cómo la Universidad pública me volvió un "mamerto".
