I began to write this because I have a dark past. I want to share my story and the ways I've kept myself going. While, being able to fully express how I've felt in those moments. I'll be keeping myself anonymous for the time being seeing as how I'm using this as a way to improve my writing. I've suffered depression for years and writing has always been my outlet. However, I believe that there is always room for improvements.

I wrote my stories without using names, because it's easier for me to share my experiences. I hope me sharing my stories, and struggles can help others get through their downfalls. If at times get hard and you ultimately feel like you hit rock bottom always reach out to a friend or family member. I know that sounds cliché but someone will always be willing to help. Don't give up. I know what it feels like to feel tired, like there's no purpose but something has already kept you going to get this far. Why stop now ?
