Is Ben British? Maybe? 
It isn't as if Ben ever took an ancestry test in his life. It isn't as if it was ever something he really considered. However, he considers it now that he finds out a little bit more about his family upon Time Traveling to the past with Impulser to meet King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.  However, they aren't alone, Servantis and Eon have also followed Ben to the past and their meddling might put the state of the future in a dire strait if Ben, Impulser, and their new ally Ushi don't stop them first.

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Mikoto's dragon mother Thundaarix appears one day and tells Mikoto that at 15 years of age, she is slightly overdue to take a sacred Dragon tradition known as a rite of passage where Mikoto must journey to the mountains with her mother to meet her dragon family. Fairy Tail and some of Mikoto's Soul Reaper friends tag along. However, there are some dragons who believe Mikoto is an abomination because of her human heritage...and the ceremonies become somewhat uneasy.....but then it becomes all the more threatening when it turns out one of the dragons has sold himself to Asgawrath's service. Dark eyes are watching... watching the Railgun ever so closely... plotting... waiting for her to make a fatal mistake.

A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. They all have one thing in common....they can't remember who they are, or where they came from....each of them having washed up on the beach one day six months ago only to be found by the school principle Elliot Dreyar. One day, Mikoto finds strange images flying through her head....and two names she can't get out of her head......Touma Kamijou....and Fairy Tail. And if that isn't enough, two men by the names of Gajeel Redfox and Stiyl Magnus appear in town to tell her not to trust anything the highschool has to say. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison. A mysterious explosion has ignited in the Eurotunnel in Britain. So far, the thoughts are that France bombed the tunnel as part of their retaliation during World War 3. However, Necessarius believes differently, and has called in Index to investigate. Meanwhile, Ben, Mikoto, and company, have spent the better part of the entire year battling on the side of Academy City in various warzones, Ben further questioning all the while whether the side he picked is the right one. So far, the only reason for the war not breaking out into something worse is due to Russians fearing the power of Ben's current most powerful form: Atomix. However, Ben and Mikoto are called by Necessarius to accompany Index and Touma as an extra security measure to investigate the Eurotunnel Bombing. And along the way, Ben meets the 3 Princesses of the British Royal Family, Rimea, Villian and Carissa. Villian is currently being backed by Necessarius for the throne.. however, Carissa is intent to gain her royal birthright.. by any means necessary.

Espers from all over are encouraged to use their abilities. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors have taken an interest in Ben Tennyson after his success in defeating the Eigth Level 5 Impulser.. the Level 5 whose power was impossible to categorize.. and Aleister Crowley, the City administrator has taken up a rather sinister plan to find out how to test this new weapon in his arsenal... attract the most powerful conquerer in the Galaxy to do battle with that boy. Meanwhile, Ben is starting to realize the possibility that he might have feelings for Mikoto, but is scared of what it might mean... And while Mikoto feels the same way, she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.. But of course.. all things must eventually converge and resolve, for better or for worse.
