This is an original story about a Victorian era University for vampires, hidden away in the English countryside. Somewhere between a romance and a thriller, inspired of course by the spooky dryness of Bram Stokers' Dracula and the like. This story could eventually go into mature themes, just a warning. I'm not sure how confident I am in writing that kind of thing for people to read, but I don't even know if it'll go there yet, we'll see! 

The lore for vampires changes a lot but in my understanding, just because your bitten doesn't mean you're going to turn into a vampire, because turning into a vampire is a lot more of a process. This is fairly important.

This story is based off of a roleplay me and an old internet friend started, before we lost contact. Believe me, they were a much better writer than me and I hope, if they stumble across this, they're not offended by how cheesy I might end up writing their perfect cool, stoic character, Zek.
