In a society where 80% of the world had some sort of power, young midoriya... is not part of the 80%. After he comes home from the doctor where he was told he had no quirk he finds 3 mysterious men in his room. For some reason only izuku can see these three men. They said their names were Naruto uzumaki, sasuke uchiha, and Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Izuku is the last human to possess chakra? How will the story develop?

Izuku couldn't take the abuse and he ran away with Izuka. They regretted their actions with him and wanted both brothers back. Years later they haven't found them anywhere, and now Izumi is a student and her sister is Aizawa assistant. After a surprise attack from the League most parents wanted their children not to be heroes anymore. Nezu had no choice but to contact the Anbu an organization with strong people to protect the students. The class along with their parents meet them and learn that they contacted the Uchiha Brothers who are considered Gods.The Uchiha Brothers are no other than Izuku and Izuka.

While the adult's aren't looking Izumi and Katsumi Bakugou (female Bakugou) start to chase him and Izuku hides in a small thrift store and looses them. But while in the thrift store something catches his eye. It's a ring, black as night with a neon green paw which looks like it's made of emeralds. Izuku feels a strong connection to the ring as if it was calling for him and decides to buy it. However he did not know that this ring was holding a very powerful being in it who will grant him great power and with this power he will become the greatest hero of all time.
