In a society where 80% of the world had some sort of power, young midoriya... is not part of the 80%. After he comes home from the doctor where he was told he had no quirk he finds 3 mysterious men in his room. For some reason only izuku can see these three men. They said their names were Naruto uzumaki, sasuke uchiha, and Hagoromo Otsutsuki. Izuku is the last human to possess chakra? How will the story develop?
